Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Nuvant Roofing, helping homeowners and business owners find the right roofing solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and taking pride in helping customers protect their properties. Experience in roofing or construction sales is a plus, but a strong work ethic and drive to succeed are just as important.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business through networking, canvassing, and referrals.
• Conduct roof inspections and present solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and contracts.
• Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM software.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to project completion.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience; roofing, construction, or home improvement sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and in-person sales presentations.
• Basic knowledge of roofing systems or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
