Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our roofing projects. This role is responsible for coordinating teams, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project quality from start to finish. The right candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of roofing processes and a proven ability to keep projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all roofing operations, including residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate and schedule crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality meets Nuvant Roofing standards.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and productivity.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to field staff.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to keep projects moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in roofing operations, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation practices, and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and basic office tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
